Located inside the historic former fire station of Reutlingen, Neue Wache is a place full of character,
charm, and atmosphere. The impressive architecture with its high ceilings creates a unique setting
where tradition meets modern dining culture. It is more than just a restaurant – it is a space with

The interior follows a classic, elegant style focused on durability and comfort. Custom-made dark oak tables with natural grain form the centerpiece of the design. They are complemented by premium dark brown Chesterfield leather chairs, warm golden accents, and soft ambient lighting that gives the room depth and elegance. The stylish bar area with refined surfaces is perfect for cocktails, wines, and long drinks. A special highlight is the open stone oven, allowing guests to watch authentic Neapolitan pizzas being freshly baked.
With around 120 indoor seats – ranging from cozy tables for two to larger group tables and lounge areas – Neue Wache offers plenty of space for all types of occasions. The outdoor area accommodates an additional 50 to 60 guests. The open kitchen design, especially the visible pizza oven, adds an element of show-cooking and liveliness.
The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and sophisticated. Soft lounge and jazz music, indirect lighting, and attentive service ensures a setting in which guests immediately feel welcome.
Culinarily, Neue Wache combines three worlds under one roof: – A steakhouse with premium steaks served on hot lava stones. – A burger menu featuring handcrafted patties made from 100% beef. – A stone-oven pizzeria offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. The offer is completed by appetizers, fresh salads, selected side dishes, and homemade desserts.
The bar is an essential part of the concept: signature cocktails, classics, a curated wine selection, champagne, international beers, fresh juices, lemonades, and specialty coffees complete the drink menu.
