Concept – Neue Wache

Neue Wache is an upscale steakhouse in Reutlingen that blends classic elegance with modern dining. Our focus is on premium steaks, which guests can finish cooking themselves on hot lava stones right at the table – a unique experience combining flavor and interactivity.
